Who We Are

Kelly Weiner

Kelly founded KW Law in 2013 to offer a better attorney/client experience through personal attention and practical legal solutions. Prior to forming the firm, she practiced at Foley & Lardner LLP, Morgan, Lewis & Bockius and Nixon Peabody LLP. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of Rochester in 1999 and her JD from Emory University School of Law in 2004.

Elissa Blabac

Elissa joined KW Law in 2017. She’s a senior paralegal who has been assisting clients with intellectual property and general corporate matters for more than 15 years. Because she has worked both in house and in law firms, she understands the practical business issues that her clients face and understands how to communicate effectively with entrepreneurs, small business owners, and seasoned executives.
